Actions Speak Louder

Actions speak louder than words. Do not raise false hopes. Better to be a person of few words than one who makes promises, and, then, fails to deliver. Giving to others is an act of love. When we express love to God and others through giving, we are rewarded by joy in our spirit. Giving in secret and committing other acts of true love in secret inspire, thrill and deeply satisfy our spirits, for love is its own reward.

God in heaven, you are generous and loving to us, and we are grateful. Keep us from raising false hopes, and teach us to truly love one another.
