SoAmazing Facts 5

Here's your chapter 5 of the SoAmazing Facts saga! Last time you read about the not-so-obvious links on the burnished copper bars that appear in the right column of most pages. You also learned about the more than 27 praise phrases that may show up in the Praise the LORD button and how a Clickle on the button always takes you to the page where the Praise the LORD graphic is explained. Are you ready? It is time for two new facts and one subtle pitch! Let's go!

SoAmazing Fact 1

It's not exactly clear how the orange words came into being. Perhaps it was triggered by the way brilliant sunlight reflected off the leaves of some maple trees I noticed one gorgeous fall day. Maybe it was because I had oranges for breakfast that morning. I don't remember. What I do remember is that the orange background for the words is complemented by a particular blue text color because one of my alma maters' school colors is orange and blue.

When you Clickle the link that demonstrates this SoAmazing Fact you will find that if your web browser does ScreenTips well your pointer will reveal that the seventh word of the first paragraph of text on the page will become orange with blue text when your pointer passes over it. If your web browser does not show the seventh word "best" to have an orange background with blue text you can still tell if you have the right word because your pointer will turn into a hand or something indicating there is a live link for that word. For all of you another indicator is that a URL(address) will show up on the status bar at the bottom of your page.

Would you be impressed if I told you that the seventh word of the first paragraph of text on all the major content pages of the site are orange words? In addition to their colorful display, orange words are also live links to other pages on the SoAmazing.com website. It is another fun way for you insiders to surf our site.

But there is more. The page you are going to look at titled, "Desire God's Best?", contains two carefully selected book quotations. Each of those quotations contains an orange word, but it is not likely to be the seventh word of the first paragraph of text in the quotation. Oh, no! that would be too easy! You have to search the quotation to find the word! The best way to do this is to go line by line moving your pointer fairly quickly over each word. You will know you found the word when it turns orange or your pointer turns into a hand or something.

In the first quotation on the page, "Love That Dependent Feeling," from Bruce Wilkinson's New York Times bestseller, The Prayer of Jabez, the orange word is the word "certainly" in the fifth paragraph. The orange word in the second quotation from Bob Briner's challenging book, Roaring Lambs, A Gentle Plan to Radically Change Your World is the word "salt" in the second line.

Clickle any or all of the orange words and they will take you to other pages on the site that also have orange words with links to other pages and so on and on!

Here is the Clickable link to the page, "Desire God's Best

SoAmazing Fact 2

Do you like numbers? I do. So I made up a way to surf the site using numbers. Check out the 911 page. There are three stray numbers on the page. Each one a link to another page on our site. Two of the numbers are fairly easy to spot, but the third number is hidden. On the 911 page it happens to be located, this time, approximately one inch below the bottom of the text on the middle column of the page. If your browser does ScreenTips well then the number will show itself when your pointer slides over it. Otherwise you can still spot the number by watching your pointer to see when it turns to a hand or something. Here's the way to the 911 page, Clickle here!!
