Amazing Intimate Essentials understands there are instances where a return or exchange is necessary. However, due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, there are limitations to what we can take back. As such, the following Return and Exchange Policy was created to assist you in determining whether your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange while ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers.

Please note, the guidelines set forth below shall apply to any item purchased on SoAmazing.com and/or any brink-and-mortar Amazing Intimate Essentials location. Acceptance of any return or exchange is at the sole discretion of Amazing Intimate Essentials.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Defective merchandise is inclusive of manufacturing defects, design defects, marketing defects, and/or missing operational components. If you believe your item is defective, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Proof of purchase required.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES (online purchases only)

In the rare event that your order was fulfilled incorrectly, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Form within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required. All miss-shipped items must be in their original, untampered packaging. When applicable, seals and/or tags must be intact. Any sign of use or wear will disqualify the item’s eligibility for a return or exchange.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable once issued.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (online purchases only)

Prior to returning any item or order, a member of our Customer Experience Team will assign your return or exchange a unique Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Under no circumstances should items or orders be returned to us without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be opened or processed due to health and safety concerns. If an item or order is received without prior approval, the sender will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please note, Amazing Intimate Essentials does not provide return labels except in the instance where the return is a result of an error on our part. Packages lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the sender. Amazing Intimate Essentials is not obligated to issue a refund, credit, or exchange for items or orders lost or damaged during its return to us.

  1. Place your item(s) in a sturdy box or padded envelope and securely seal it with tape.
  2. Attach shipping label. If using the original shipping box or envelope to return your item or order, remember to remove or cover the original shipping label.
  3. Clearly mark the outside of your package with your unique RMA. Unmarked packages (missing RMA) will not be opened or processed due to health and safety concerns.
  4. Email your tracking details to the Customer Experience Member assigned to your return or exchange.

Amazing Intimate Essentials reserves the right to refuse any item returned to us in an unsuitable condition. Unsuitable items will be sent back to the sender in the condition received at the sender’s expense. Please allow 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package to process your return or exchange. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (not including holidays).
